You need video editing software. I’m sure Windows Movie Maker (included with Windows) would probably suit your purposes. However, be aware that any videos that you make with copyrighted songs in them may get removed or muted for copyright infringement. Any videos that you have seen that have copyrighted music in them that haven’t been crippled/removed either just haven’t been caught yet, or are using YouTube’s AudioSwap feature, with which you can swap the original video’s audio with a music track that YouTube has been given the rights to broadcast. If you aren’t careful, you could get into legal trouble, so I don’t know if it would be wise to get into make music videos.
